Along with many in depth services throughout its life, it also just received all new motor mounts, new front brakes both rotors and ceramic pads, tuneup and valve adjustment. Starts up, runs, and drives excellent. No mechanical issues, also no nasty oil leaks underneath which is amazing considering its age. The air conditioning works but takes a few minutes to get really cold, could probably use a charge. Shows normal wear and tear from the years but again nothing major, scratch on rear, radio antenna doesn't work. Tires are in good shape but not brand new. Everything works including all the door locks and windows. The front was painted due to a dent i put in hood pushing a car up my driveway. Air conditioning blows cold. These engines do not have timing belts to replace they have chains instead. Not to mention the super creative, usable and easy to clean cargo space that is great for an outdoor lifestyle or for pets. Ex model has power everything, keyless remote, rear moon roof, cd player with stock subwoofer, abs brakes, alloy wheels. Runs and drives excellent with no issues at all. Everything works and feels just like its supposed to. While the exterior and interior are very clean, there is normal wear and tear from age and use. While it looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures, upon closer inspection there are signs of it being used mostly interior, its detailed but could still use a lil more scrubbing, scratches on the interior plastic on the tailgate just things like that, it is still in great condition considering how hard most elements get used. Always serviced and is up to date. This is the last generation of good honda vans that were ever built. These have the very dependable accord engine and trans that are known to last 300k+, unlike the newer odysseys which are known to have transmission problems. It also is the last of the 4 cylinder vans that have the best gas mileage to date, which is 25mpg and still has plenty of power. Power everything and air conditioning that blows cold. This is one of hondas best generations of crv's these run great and last forever when well maintained like this one has been they have the famous honda "k series" 4 cylinder that goes over 300k typically. No timing belt on this engine it uses a chain so no worries there. The honda awd system is great since its front wheel drive most of the time and only kicks in snow, rain, or off roading it does it automatically and does not take any kind of special services. They have great visability, ground clearance, and are fun to drive. Major service just performed, commonly known as the 100k service. Valve adjustement check, serpentine belt, spark plugs, air filter, transmission oil (honda fluid only), rear differential oil (honda fluid only). Also just done were new front brakes, both rotors and ceramic pads. Both front cv axles replaced with brand new units. Along with this, it was also always maintained by the original owner. Runs and drives excellent, no leaks, or funny business. Air conditioning blows cold and everything works except for the rear driver side window.
